How do I buy tickets for a show at Artrix, Bromsgrove?

You can book tickets for performances at Artrix via our website. 

How do I get my tickets?

If you selected Print@home tickets you will have received an email with your digital e-tickets. Download these and show them to the stewards at the theatre doors.  Tickets can be shown to the stewards from your phone and do not have to be printed off.

How do I get to Artrix?

Artrix is located just outside Bromsgrove town centre at Slideslow Drive, Bromsgrove, B60 1GN. Artrix is located 35 minutes walk/ten minutes drive from Bromsgrove Train Station (Trains to Bromsgrove) and a ten minute walk from Bromsgrove Bus Station (Bus Travel in Bromsgrove).

Where can I park?

If arriving by car, there is ample parking in the main car park located directly next to Artrix. Please be careful if using a satnav as there is no access to this car park via School Drive on the opposite side of Artrix -  you must enter via Slideslow Drive. Parking here is FREE for your performance, even though signage may indicate otherwise. Please note that parking in any of the other car parks operated by Heart of Worcestershire College will be chargeable, and must be paid via their app.

There are four disabled parking spaces available in the main Artrix car park.  These are located to the left of the car park. 

What time should I arrive?

The Artrix front doors will open 90 minutes before a performance, and the bar will be open for audiences to order refreshments before the show. We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the start time on your ticket.

Where can I eat and drink before or after my show?

We have a fully stocked bar including alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments. We also have a range of sweets and snacks on offer.  Please note this will be cashless, and will only accept credit and debit cards.

Artrix is also a 10 minute walk away from Bromsgrove town centre, where you will find a wider selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.

Building access?

We have step-free access from the main entrance into the Foyer and level access into the ground floor of the auditorium.  There is lift access to 1st and 2nd floor seating.  Stairs from the Foyer to 1st and 2nd Floor have handrails (please note that the steps inside the auditorium from ground floor to 1st floor are wider and less steep than the stairs from the Foyer, and have handrails)

There is a lift available to all floors, and seating which can be removed to accommodate wheelchairs where necessary. There are also disabled toilets available for use.

Will there be booster seats available for my child?

Yes, we will have a limited number of booster seats available for audiences to take into the theatre.
