Parking:

Parking - the car park is free, and can be found on Slideslow Drive, Bromsgrove, B601GN, there is no parking on the school drive side of the building.

Refunds:

All tickets are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled, we are unable to transfer tickets between different shows. A refund request can be applied for via our box office if you have extenuating circumstances, it is at the digression of the show organiser and NOT Artrix to reward a refund.  All requests must be submitted via email to boxoffice@artrixbromsgrove.co.uk

Free Wifi:

The venue is currently in the process of upgrading its network infrastructure, this will be made available by the end of November 2024. Please speak to the front of house team if you have any further questions.
